When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, city, ZIP code and the details you give us about your containers. We collect nothing else, and we do not require an account.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your request — to quote a pickup, price containers, or answer a question. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while there is an active business relationship, and for as long afterwards as tax and contract records require.
Analytics
We use website analytics to understand which pages are useful. This records pages viewed and approximate region. It does not identify you personally.
Your rights in Colorado
Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents may request access to the personal data we hold about them, request correction or deletion, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it.
